Andy Williams discovered his passion for fitness early — and never looked back. A journey that began on the gym floor evolved into a deep fascination with strength sport, Resistance HIIT, and the science of sport nutrition. Today he channels that experience into coaching clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels to achieve results that actually last.

Andy holds a background in sport science and is a certified fitness and nutrition coach with hands-on experience across Resistance HIIT, strength training, and body composition. He has worked with clients ranging from complete beginners to competitive strength athletes— both male and female — dialling in the details that move the needle.
What sets Andy apart is the breadth of his experience and his refusal to apply one-size-fits-all solutions. Every programme is built from scratch around the individual: training history, lifestyle, goals, and schedule all feed into the plan.
THE COACHING SYSTEM
Every Andy Williams PT client follows a structured process: assess, programme, execute, review. Whether you train 1-1 in person or via online coaching, the approach is the same. Weekly check-ins are non-negotiable. Programmes are updated based on real progress data. Direct messaging is always open so you are never left wondering what to do next.
